Owner, manager — and yes, your host. But not only that.
Whether you’re here to explore Tuscany or for work, one thing never changes: while you’re under this roof, someone is taking care of you.
If you’re on holiday, I’ll be your key to a Tuscany you won’t find in any guidebook. The trattorias with no sign, the private vineyards, the producers who only sell you their oil if someone introduces you. The real one. Every morning over breakfast I’ll tell you where to go and who to call.

If you’re here for work instead, I’ll do everything to make you feel less far from home. Simply because this place is my home — and as long as you’re here, it’s a little bit yours too.

Does the property have private parking?
Yes. We have a private garage for one car or a small van, plus space for bikes and scooters, right in front of the property entrance. Other parking is available on the street, both free and paid.
Do you accept pets?
Yes. We welcome pets, provided they are kept on a lead in the common areas and are not left alone in the room. No extra charges apply.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in after 2:30 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
Do you have charging stations for electric bikes?
Yes. At the entrance of the property there is a dedicated space with a socket for charging bikes.
How do I get to Florence?
By car in about 20–30 minutes (depending on traffic), or by bus — the stop is 100 metres from the property.
Where can I eat?
The property is right in the heart of the village of Impruneta, close to numerous restaurants, trattorias, bars and every other amenity.
